Terms and Conditions

Weydaa is an Algerian classifieds platform that allows individuals and professionals to publish, browse and respond to sales, purchase, rental and service ads across Algeria.

• Registration is free and open to any adult residing in Algeria.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Weydaa reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation.

By posting an ad, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and honest information.
• Be the owner or have authorization to sell the described item.
• Not publish illegal, fraudulent, offensive or inappropriate content.
• Not publish misleading prices or descriptions.
• Respect the limit of 10 ads per 24 hours.

Strictly prohibited: weapons, drugs, prescription-only medications, protected animals, counterfeit products, sexual or hateful content.

Weydaa is an intermediation platform. Transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller. Weydaa does not charge any commission and does not intervene in negotiations or payments.

Weydaa strongly advises against any advance payment or bank transfer without having inspected the item in person.

Any user can report a suspicious ad. Weydaa reviews reports and may remove an ad without notice if it violates these terms.

Weydaa does not guarantee the accuracy of ads published by users. In case of dispute between users, Weydaa cannot be held liable. Weydaa may interrupt the service for maintenance without notice.

Weydaa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or notification on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
